Strath Elbess Private Cemetery

This cemetery can be found on the old highway between Warwick and Stanthorpe just outside Dalveen.  This is a private cemetery and there is no public access.  We photographed the cemetery in September 2007 and this transcription represents all visible and legible headstones at that time.  The cemetery would be considered endangered as there is no protection given to the headstones from grazing stock.  To view a photo of a headstone just click on the surname.  if you would like an overall photo of the grave or a higher resolution photo of the headstone please send us an email.  (ktish64@gmail.com)
