Cecil Plains Homestead Cemetery

This historical cemetery can be found on the corner of Cheetham Street  and the Dalby-Cecil Plains Road.  Only a few headstones remain but a monument made out of ironbark slabs has been erected to remember those who found their final resting place to be here.  We photo graphed this cemetery in June 2007 and this transcription  represents all visible and legible headstones and those remembered only by the ironbark monument.  If an individual headstone exists it is noted in the inscriptions column.  We are happy to share a photo or two so just send us an email.   (ktish64@gmail.com)
